Funds are locked in a Solana smart contract the moment a job is funded. Nobody — not even YEX — can touch the money until work is confirmed. No trust required.
MILESTONE PAYMENTS
Split large jobs into milestones. Buyers release payment in chunks as work progresses. Workers get paid for what they deliver, not just at the end.
WORKER PROTECTION
If a buyer goes silent after funding, workers can raise a dispute and freeze the contract. Funds cannot move until the issue is resolved. No one gets scammed.
